how do you get windows movie maker 6.0 to burn a DVD? It saves the project but doesn't burn to a dvd.?

I have installed the windows file into my program files. Run as the
Administrator. Can create projects and import items. Can even save
to the computer but i can't burn to a DVD to view on my TV
