Ok well I'm not talking about the covers you see on YouTube with all
the teenagers and everything . For example if you heard the song toxic
by britney Spears and the cover was toxic by a static lullaby . Does
the band that's doing the cover have to get permission from the
original maker or singer? Just wondering(:
